We currently deliver to Navi Mumbai. If your location is outside our service area, please contact us before placing an order.

• Orders are processed within 6 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed before 05:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 05:00 PM , on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Our delivery partner will attempt 1 times before marking the order undeliverable.
• If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address/contact details, a reshipping fee may apply.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or spoiled fruits, please contact us within 24 Hours with photos, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
